CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Sorry to hear you want to cancel your order! Please contact: info@thekurlkitchen.com. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed for shipping.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
We are sorry to hear you would like to return your product. Please contact Customer Care at: info@thekurlkitchen.com and we’ll be more than happy to assist!
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER SOMETHING AND IT'S OUT OF STOCK?
We hate it when that happens, but things move fast! We will contact you and refund you the full price of the item and refund your card or account for the value of the item within 3-5 business days.
I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS, WHAT CAN I DO?
Contact info@thekurlkitchen.com immediately. In some cases, we may be able to change the address for you if your order hasn't already been processed.
MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED (LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENT) WHAT DO I DO?
The Kurl Kitchen is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. You will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier. Once your claim has been filed, please contact us directly at: info@thekurlkitchen.com with information regarding your situation and your claim number.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED UPON RECEIPT?
Please contact our Customer Care team at: info@thekurlkitchen.com Please be prepared to provide photographic evidence of the damage you experienced and we’ll take it from there!
I DON'T WANT TO PAY TAXES AND DUTIES. WHAT CAN I DO?
At this time The Kurl Kitchen does not offer to cover the international shipping duties and taxes, due to the variability of the charges. You will be charged for duties and taxes at the time of delivery. Should you decide to refuse to pay these duties, the order will be returned and a refund for the cost of the items, minus any shipping fees, will be refunded immediately upon receipt.

ARE YOUR CONTAINERS RECYCLABLE?
Yes, we do our best to make sure our packaging is as sustainable as possible. All of our bottles are made of recyclable plastics and resins, so when your The Kurl Kitchen products are finished, please recycle.
Why are The Kurl Kitchen products manufactured in the UK?
While our ingredients are sourced from Ghana, West Africa, our manufacturing facility is located in the UK. This decision was made to maintain high-quality standards and adhere to strict manufacturing regulations. Manufacturing in the UK allows us to ensure consistency, safety, and efficacy in our products. Our tools and accessories are made in China.

Are The Kurl Kitchen products suitable for all hair types?
Yes, The Kurl Kitchen products are designed to cater to a wide range of hair types, including curly, coily, tight textured and wavy hair. Our formulations are carefully crafted to address the unique needs of these hair textures but have been tested and work well on many different hair types.
Are The Kurl Kitchen products suitable for children?
While our products are generally safe and gentle for any children above one year old, we recommend consulting a paediatrician or healthcare professional before using them on children. Hair textures and sensitivities can vary and it is essential to choose products suitable for a child's specific needs.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SULFATE-FREE?
All of our products are SULFATE-FREE
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS COLOUR SAFE?
Our products don’t contain any harsh chemicals, therefore are colour safe.
DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN NUTS?
While our formulas do not contain peanuts, which is the biggest allergen in the nut family, please consult your physician prior to use if you are known to have nut allergies.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CRUELTY-FREE?
Yes! No animals were harmed in the making of these products. We test all of our products on ourselves and never on animals.
IS The Kurl Kitchen VEGAN?
All of our products are Vegan friendly.
IS YOUR PACKAGING RECYCLABLE?
Yes, we always try to keep sustainability in mind when bringing new products into the world. Our tubes and caps are both fully-recyclable polypropylene (PP). When you are finished with your bottles, please recycle.
DO YOU USE SILICONES?
The Kurl Kitchen products are silicone free.

HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS DIFFERENT TO ANY OTHER CURL PRODUCTS ON THE MARKET?
We worked with Ghanaian formulator Eunice and manufacturers in the UK to find a range that works. We've meticulously tested various formulations on our own hair and a diverse group of people with different hair textures, to achieve the perfect results. We have used African ingredients such as Black Soap, Okra, Baobab, Plantain and Wild Yam, to bring you a truly unique range to cater to your locks. We are so excited the range is finally here and we are thrilled to finally share it with you!
